World's best process for restoring worn high pressure turbine blades.  Produces like-new parts at a fraction of the cost of replacement and offers significant cost savings for turbine engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul companies (MRO's).  Value-add for MRO's serving military and civilian fleets operating in harsh abrasive or corrosive conditions.  For aerospace parts, this proprietary process is only available via Advanced Surfaces under its FAA repair station certification.

Customer Spotlight:  Rolls-Royce Aerospace

Rolls-Royce has certified Advanced Surfaces' processes on over 40 applications for their engines and auxiliary parts, including the restoration of high compression blade tips for the AE 1107C-Liberty engine.  This engine powers the CV-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft which is commonly operated in harsh environmental conditions.  NanoFusion treatment is specified to materially reduce overhaul costs and extend useful blade life.
